this is Al-Baqoroh 102, one of my favourite
it tells how the witchcraft had been brought into our world by two deserted angel in Babilonia
and Harut is one of the name of the angels
while another is Marut
they teach the human witchcraft as a cursed, and they always tells human that will learn wicthcraft that after the end of the world he/she will burn in hell for eternity
